Turn On Files App

The My Cloud must be setup right. |
- Open Files App.
- Tap Browse.
- Tap Edit.
- Tap My Cloud Home.
Make sure it is on. - Tap Done.
Browse Files
- Open Files App.
- Tap Browse.
- Tap My Cloud OS 5.
- Tap folder names.
Manage Files

Critical: Deleting a file is final. |
- Press and hold on the file or folder.
This will show to the options menu. - Tap Quick Actions.
This will show more.. - Select and option.
Follow the steps on the screen.

Limitations
- Uses cellular data if the mobile device is not on Wi-Fi.
- View files in Public share is not supported.
- Switching between multiple devices is not supported.
- It will connect to the current device.
- Upload or download of large size files may show an error at first.
- Search by folder name. (limited to recent files only)
- Opening folders with more than 3,000 files or folders.
- Passcode support for the My Cloud Home app is not supported.
- Syncing tags and colors.
- No error message on modify content from read-only share. (file is unchanged)
- Recover of deleted My Cloud files from the Recently Deleted menu.
- Moving files between different My Cloud devices. (Copy is OK)
- X3F and KDC image formats are not supported.
- Edit RAW images in Files app is not supported.
- Folder shares may be blank when using Files app below iOS 11.3 or iPad Mini gen 1 & 2.
- Rename of special character in the name is not supported.
- Rename from search result is not supported.
- Moving or duplicating 30+ files at once is not supported.
