Common Causes / Issues

Destination folder has a file with the same name can occur when copying files.

Resolution / Instructions

• Ensure the mobile phone is 100% charged before moving lots of files.
• Files that are already backed up will be skipped.

1. Tap Do the same with all files selected to be copied.


2. Tap REPLACE, or SKIP.
   
   IMPORTANT:

   Using KEEP BOTH FILES will duplicate files with the same name.
