My Cloud is not found, cannot be detected, or accessed while the power LED is blinking.
A System Restore, reboot, or abrupt loss of power may take longer before it is ready to be used.
The file system check may be running or the reboot process may not have finished yet.

Resolution
Power Cycle (No Power Button)
- Remove the Power Supply from the power source.
Wait 3 minutes. - Connect the Power Supply to the power source.
- Press the power button.
This will power up the My Cloud.
Power Cycle (2 and 4 Bay with Power Button)
- Press and hold the power button.
Wait for all LED to turn off. - Remove the Power Supply from the power source.
Wait 3 minutes. - Connect the Power Supply to the power source.
- Press the power button.
This will power up the My Cloud.
Always Blinking White, Blue or Solid Amber LED
- The file system check is still running or stalled if the power LED is blinking white, blue or solid amber.
It is not ready to be used.
There could be file system or hardware errors. - The file system check MUST BE allowed to completed
PLEASE WAIT!. - IMPORTANT:
Doing a System Restore or power cycle will force the file system check to start from the beginning.
The process can take up to a few or more days depending on the size of the drive, content and data.
